Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is hugely important to us. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return it you can do so. You will need to notify us via email within 7 calendar days that you are unhappy with your purchase and that you intend to return it to us. You will need to include a valid reason as to why you are seeking to return your order.

You will need to return your order to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once we have received the returned package and inspected the items for defects, we will initiate the refund process within 5 working days.


You will be responsible for the associated shipping costs when returning an order to us.

If there is evidence of damage or tampering with returned items then we reserve the right to deduct the cost of these items from a refund.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel an order you can do so up once your order has not been dispatched for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched then you must follow the steps above in the returns section.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods

If any item(s) that are delivered to you are damaged, defective or are incorrect then we are happy to:

(a) Refund you for the value of that item(s)

(b) Exchange that item(s) for a new one

The following conditions apply:

You will need to notify us via email within 7 calendar days there is an error with your purchase and that you intend to return it to us. You will need to include evidence that item(s) are damaged or defective.
You will need to return your order to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Refunds / Exchanges

Once we receive your returned items(s), we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund / exchange after inspecting the item(s).

If your return is approved, we will contact you to discuss your options: Refund or Exchange

If a refund is agreed upon, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If an exchange is agreed upon, we will re-send your order to you with the exchanged items.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

If the error resulting in your returned items(s) lies with us, then we will refund you the cost of returning your order. (ie. Damaged or Defective items)

If your return is due to a change of mind with your order then the cost of return shipping will not be refundable.
